WorldRussia-friendly Yotova wins Bulgaria's presidential runoff

Acting President Iliana Yotova won Bulgaria’s presidential runoff, taking 57.58% of the Nov. 1 vote with 99.95% of polling-station protocols processed. Her pro-Ukraine, pro-Western rival Andrey Gyurov received 39.47%. The result strengthens the Ukraine-skeptic foreign policy associated with Rumen Radev.
