S&P Global said Russia’s manufacturing PMI edged up from 49.8 in September to 49.9 in October 2026, just below the 50-point threshold that separates growth from contraction and indicating broadly unchanged operating conditions. New orders fell for a third month, while export orders posted their steepest decline since May 2022.
