Russia has imposed a three-month temporary ban on exports of certain petrochemicals to destinations outside the Eurasian Economic Union. The measure covers coal and petroleum benzene, toluene, orthoxylene, paraxylene and phenol, and the government says it is intended to ensure stable feedstock supplies to Russian manufacturers.
