EconomyEuropean LNG imports reach five-month high

Europe imported its largest volume of LNG in five months in October as it accelerated storage replenishment ahead of winter, according to TASS calculations based on Gas Infrastructure Europe data. Flows into the EU gas transmission system totaled about 11.1 billion cubic meters, up 4% from September but down 12% year on year.
