The Elga Port Marine Coal Terminal shipped 2.5 million metric tons of coal in October, equivalent to an annual rate of 30 million tons. CEO Alexander Isaev said the terminal and Pacific Railway unlock the Elga deposit’s potential and enable efficient, uninterrupted deliveries to the company’s key markets.
