A Russian drone struck the grounds of a vocational school dormitory in Kozyatyn district, Vinnytsia Oblast, on Nov. 1, killing two people, including a 13-year-old girl, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said. Four others, among them two 5-year-old girls, were injured and hospitalized. The attack also set two cars on fire.
