WorldRussian oil refinery in Kstovo ablaze after reported overnight drone strike
Ukrainian monitoring channels reported that the NORSI refinery in Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, was targeted by a drone overnight on Nov. 1 and caught fire. Russian outlet ASTRA also reported a strike, but the Kyiv Independent said it could not immediately verify the reports.
