WorldAgreement reached on regular humanitarian missions, Russian ombudswoman says
Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova said an agreement had been reached to conduct regular humanitarian missions after months of negotiations and joint efforts. She said conditions in Alyoshki remain extremely difficult and that she will continue working with Ukrainian Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets to support residents who choose to stay.
