Russia’s manufacturing Purchasing Managers’ Index climbed to 50.7 in July. The survey recorded a second straight month of growth in total new sales. It also found that the pace of expansion accelerated during the month. Growth reached its fastest rate since May 2025. The figures point to stronger momentum in the manufacturing sector.
