It found that such buying has increased steadily over four years, even though the overall scale remains modest, and that Wildberries openly sells goods intended for the front. Similar military-related purchases also pass through Ozon, which Ukraine has not attacked. The status of marketplaces as legitimate military targets remains disputed.
