Slovakia's prosecutor general has reopened a criminal case concerning former Prime Minister Eduard Heger and former Defense Minister Jaroslav Nad over their decision to donate MiG-29 jets and Soviet-era KUB air defense systems to Ukraine. He said the earlier investigation was closed prematurely and reassigned its prosecutorial supervision to a regional prosecutor in Trencin.
