A Russian drone strike on the Shostka community on the morning of Oct. 30 killed a 43-year-old woman and injured eight people, Sumy Oblast Governor Oleh Hryhorov said. He said Russia deliberately targeted a “civilian enterprise” where people were working; one injured person was in critical condition.
