SportsDakar Rally 2027 to run in Portugal and Morocco after Saudi hosting revoked
The 2027 Dakar Rally will begin with a prologue and first stage in Portugal before moving to Morocco for 11 stages and a rest day. Organisers said the race was moved from Saudi Arabia over security concerns; its new January 9–23 dates remain subject to FIA approval.
