PoliticsOdesa rejects proposal to restrict Russian-language cultural content
The Odesa City Council in southern Ukraine voted down a proposed moratorium on public use of Russian-language cultural content, Strana reported. Of 64 council members, 18 supported it, two abstained, 21 did not participate and the rest were absent.
