EconomyFTC, states sue Toast over fees and allegedly deceptive subscription practices
The Federal Trade Commission, attorneys general from several states and two California jurisdictions sued restaurant software company Toast Inc. on Wednesday. The FTC said the suit alleges Toast charges hidden fees, pushes unwanted add-ons and makes its services difficult to cancel.
