Russia’s Permanent Representative to the OSCE, Dmitry Polyansky, said refusing medical care to Russian-speaking patients because they do not speak Ukrainian is unacceptable and violates the Hippocratic oath. Responding to Ukrainian language ombudsman Yelena Ivanovskaya’s statement, he called the position “barefaced Nazism.”
