Rusal has signed an agreement with Ghana’s Integrated Aluminium Development Corporation to hold majority stakes in two joint ventures developing the Nyinahini bauxite deposit and building an alumina refinery. Ghana will hold minority stakes, including a legally protected, non-dilutable 10% share.
