WorldWorld’s first intergovernmental mediation body to expand outreach

Hong Kong’s new International Organisation for Mediation expects business disputes to make up most of its cases and plans to step up outreach as it enters its second year. Secretary general Teresa Cheng Yeuk-wah said commercial cases account for as much as 95 per cent of disputes worldwide, while state-related cases make up no more than 5 per cent, and predicted a similar split for IOMed.
