Trading data showed the dollar remained below 80 rubles on Russia’s interbank market for a second consecutive day. At 9:42 a.m. Moscow time, it was down 50.01 kopecks at 79.995 rubles, while the euro fell 67.2 kopecks to 89.138 rubles.
