Authorities have built 2,686 prefabricated housing units at 34 resettlement sites in Baqen County, Nagqu, after a magnitude 7.0 earthquake. By 1 p.m. Wednesday, the sites were sheltering 12,964 affected residents, and 4,011 people were living in the prefabricated homes.
