Russian presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said trilateral talks on ending the war in Ukraine would be held in Abu Dhabi after November 4, with the date partly dependent on battlefield conditions. Volodymyr Zelensky said they could take place on November 10 and voiced hope that the Middle East escalation would not interfere.
