TechHands-on with the new iPad Mini

Apple’s eighth-generation iPad Mini has an 8.5-inch OLED display, an A20 Pro chip and an optional nano-texture matte finish that largely eliminates glare. The front camera moves to the long edge, while Touch ID remains. Starting at $699, it is available for preorder ahead of its November 6 launch.
