WorldPeru tourist plane crash kills all 13 aboard

A small sightseeing plane crashed shortly after taking off in Peru, killing everyone on board. The victims included 11 foreign tourists and two crew members. Authorities have not yet determined what caused the crash. An investigation is now under way into the incident. Peter O'Brien has more.
