WorldThree people killed in Moscow bombing

A bombing near central Moscow has left at least three people dead and 21 injured. Russia’s National Anti-Terrorist Committee says a homemade explosive detonated when a woman trying to enter a restaurant was stopped by a security guard. The woman, the guard and a restaurant visitor were killed while a private event was taking place. Authorities have not identified a suspected target. Russian independent media suggest it may have been a military official and report suspected links to the war in Ukraine.
