EconomyKyivstar to acquire Ukrainian cloud provider GigaCloud for nearly $50 million

Kyivstar has agreed to acquire cloud infrastructure provider GigaCloud for up to $50 million. The deal includes a $41 million purchase price, plus deferred debt obligations, performance-related payments and capital expenditure reimbursements. Ukraine's Antimonopoly Committee approved the acquisition in July 2026, subject to commitments intended to protect competition.
