EconomyRussia offers Africa energy plans and hydrocarbon hubs
Energy Minister Sergey Tsivilyov said Russia is proposing cooperation with African countries on strategic plans to balance electricity demand and supply it from local and transit-based sources. Another proposed area is building hydrocarbon hubs and logistics infrastructure alongside development of Africa’s own hydrocarbon resources.
