Serbian police shot dead an underage man outside the Israeli embassy in Belgrade after he rushed at an officer with two knives, authorities said. The officer suffered a minor facial wound. Interior Minister Ivica Dacic said the Serbian citizen had been monitored over support for Islamic State, and raised the national terrorism threat level to its highest, red alert.
