A homemade bomb carried by a woman exploded near an Italian restaurant in central Moscow on Saturday evening, authorities said. Three people were killed and at least 21 others were injured. Police said the blast took place shortly before 8pm near Kudrinskaya Square. The site is beside one of Moscow’s seven Stalin-era skyscrapers, according to the authorities. More than 20 people were injured in the explosion.
