WorldChina says Tokyo can develop nuclear weapons delivery systems
Dai Huaicheng, secretary general of the China Arms Control and Disarmament Association, told TASS that Japan has the industrial and technical potential to develop nuclear weapons delivery systems. He said Japan’s technologies, nuclear fuel reprocessing capacity and military buildup mean it would face no insurmountable technical barriers if it made the political decision to pursue them.
