Africa CDC director general Jean Kaseya said the Ebola outbreak’s unprecedented spread could bring it to the UK and other countries unless preparedness and treatment capacity improve. The outbreak has reached 10,000 cases and almost 5,000 deaths; Kaseya called for more funding, cross-border cooperation and screening at entry and exit points.
