Qinghai recorded 890 million yuan in trade with other Shanghai Cooperation Organization members in the first three quarters of 2026, up 11.6% year on year and equal to 17.8% of the province's foreign trade. Exports reached 730 million yuan, including 380 million yuan in rainbow trout and related products, while imports doubled to 160 million yuan.
