WorldNo European leaders besides Stubb and Store requested calls with Putin, Peskov says
Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov told TASS that no European leaders besides Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store had recently asked to speak by phone with Vladimir Putin. Putin spoke with them on October 27 at the request of Finland and Norway; they discussed resolving the Ukraine crisis and welcomed plans to resume trilateral Russia-Ukraine-US talks in Abu Dhabi in early November.
