WorldBelt and Road Green Innovation Conference 2026 opens in Hong Kong

Nearly 300 people from more than 20 countries attended the conference in Hong Kong, where officials, experts and industry leaders discussed sustainable development and the Global South’s green transition. Huang Runqiu said China would deepen cooperation on green, low-carbon development and environmental protection. John Lee said Hong Kong could provide Belt and Road partners with professional services for green infrastructure and sustainable development projects.
