Jeffrey Greene, a US veteran pilot and head of the Sino-American Aviation Heritage Foundation, said the Flying Tigers’ shared World War II history shows that China and the United States can work together and have a responsibility to do so for the world. At the 2026 Global Governance Forum in Xiongan, he also discussed a youth exchange program and opportunities for deeper bilateral cooperation in fields including science, technology, agriculture and education.
