Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Europe was merely seeking to insert itself into negotiations on Ukraine and that its approach had not changed. Commenting on Vladimir Putin’s calls with the Norwegian prime minister and Finnish president, he said apparently no new ideas had been voiced.
