The Bank of Russia set the official dollar rate for October 28 at 80.5307 rubles, up 3.98 kopecks from the previous indicator. The euro rate rose 0.42 kopeck to 90.0977 rubles, while the yuan rate fell 0.03 kopeck to 12.0677 rubles.
