WorldHamas: Palestine has fulfilled all obligations under agreement with Israel

Hamas representative in Iran Khaled Qaddoumi said Palestine had already met all of its obligations under the agreement reached with Israel. He argued that the problem was not on the Palestinian side. Instead, he attributed the failure to implement the agreements to the unwillingness of Israel’s current leadership. His remarks placed responsibility for the stalled implementation on the Israeli leadership.
