WorldKonotop blackout enters fourth day with no end in sight

The Ukrainian city of Konotop has been without electricity for four days after Russian drone strikes on Oct. 24 severely damaged its power grid, Mayor Artem Semenikhin said. He said there is no forecast for restored power; water is rationed to six hours daily, schools have been damaged and the hospital runs on generators.
