Roskomnadzor has sent the State Duma’s information policy committee a bill proposing mandatory identification of children on social networks and limits on online time for those under 14. The regulator says the measures would restrict children’s access to banned content. Russia’s Interior Ministry has also raised concerns about minors being drawn into crimes online.
