The energy ministries of Russia and Belarus signed an agreement approving operating rules for the Union State’s common electricity market during the Belarusian Energy and Environmental Forum. Russian Deputy Minister Evgeny Grabchak said the operators and procedures had been set, with operations due to begin next year.
