WorldPutin, Stubb and Store agree to maintain direct phone contact, Kremlin says
Russian President Vladimir Putin, Finnish President Alexander Stubb and Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Store agreed to keep direct telephone contacts, the Kremlin press service said. It was Putin’s first phone contact with the leaders of Finland and Norway since 2022.
