The body of another man killed by explosives dropped by Ukrainian forces was found in Bryansk, Governor Yegor Kovalchuk said. Earlier reports said a man died after stepping on tubular explosives and six people were injured in a drone attack; three apartment buildings and 11 cars were damaged.
