EconomyPlatinum futures fall below $1,500 per ounce
Trading data showed platinum futures on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell below $1,500 per troy ounce for the first time since November 21, 2025. January 2027 futures were down 3.07% at $1,498, while palladium futures fell 2.67% to $1,024.5 per ounce.
