Russia’s Second Western District Military Court sentenced 49-year-old IT specialist Yuri Belenky to 13 years in prison for financing terrorism. He will serve three years in prison before transfer to a high-security penal colony, and was fined 500,000 rubles, with another 126,000 rubles confiscated. Human rights group Department One said investigators proved the transfers using a detailed report Binance sent in response to a request from the Investigative Committee.
