Russia and Ethiopia plan to explore further gradual visa facilitation for tourists and businesspeople on a reciprocal basis, Ambassador Yevgeny Terekhin said. Progress will depend on growth in two-way tourism and bilateral business contacts. Diplomatic and service passport holders retain visa-free travel; Russian ordinary-passport holders can apply for an e-visa or obtain a visa on arrival in Addis Ababa.
