Alexander Sidyakin, head of the State Duma Committee on Digital Development and Artificial Intelligence, said Russia is ready to share practical AI solutions with BRICS countries. Speaking at a parliamentary forum in New Delhi, he called for favorable rules to support technological cooperation while protecting countries’ technological sovereignty. He also cited a proposal for a BRICS parliamentary AI expert council.
