WorldZelensky outlines expectations for upcoming trilateral peace talks with Russia and US

Zelensky said technical discussions among Ukrainian, Russian and U.S. negotiating teams must precede any leaders’ meeting. He called for strong security guarantees, said only leaders can discuss territorial issues, and offered talks on an energy ceasefire, Black Sea grain shipments and prisoner exchanges. He warned that easing sanctions on Russia beforehand would weaken Ukraine’s leverage and said a planned ceasefire in Oleshky should last several days and include Russian assistance.
