Russian President Vladimir Putin said industrial production has fallen sharply in many of Europe’s leading economies since 2021. He put Germany’s decline at 1.5% to 5.2%, saying it has had negative consequences for the eurozone, while Russia’s industrial output rose 10% and manufacturing grew 21%.
