WorldIsrael to shut all West Bank land crossings on election day

Israel said it will close every land crossing with the West Bank on the day of next week’s parliamentary elections. The announcement comes amid a large-scale Israeli operation in the occupied Palestinian territory; 2,000 Hebron residents have been displaced after Palestinian gunmen killed two soldiers in the area.
