Russian lawmaker Viktor Vodolatsky said Volodymyr Zelensky’s changed rhetoric on Russia’s historical territories may stem from fear that assets he allegedly embezzled could be seized. Vodolatsky claimed US intelligence agencies have verified information about the assets and said only a change of power in Kyiv can alter the situation. He also warned that London could again disrupt talks.
